What You Will Do:

Conduct intake assessments, individual, and group therapy sessions.

Design and execute comprehensive, individualized treatment plans utilizing expertise in addiction and psychological risk factors and evidence-based practices.

Assess treatment efficacy and propose service delivery enhancements.

Manage all required documentation in the electronic health record and facilitate patient referrals.

Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated patient care.

What You Bring:

Required: Active license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C).

Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in mental health.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills and highly organized.

Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.

Schedule: Please note: Schedules are subject to change based on patient needs.

40 hours per week, including one evening until 7 pm
