Responsibilities

  • Operate a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing shipments
  • Arrange travel for management and schedule conference room reservations
  • Provide clerical support to various departments, including HR, Sales, Quality, and Payroll
  • Order office and warehouse supplies to maintain workplace efficiency
  • Organize catering for meetings and assist with setup upon delivery
  • Monitor visitor sign-in procedures, issue employee ID badges, and maintain location security


Qualifications

  • Experience (6 months to 1 year) in performing administrative or clerical tasks, .
  • High school education, with preference given to candidates who have attended college or technical school
  • Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills


Salary: $17/hr.-$20/hr.
