Job Description
Our client is looking for a committed and meticulous individual to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks central to our department, such as processing return mail, managing charge-off procedures, and reaching out to both commercial and residential customers for collections. This person will work daily in our internal issue tracking system, helping customers with billing and account issues, as well as addressing water service concerns affecting the entire city. Additionally, this role includes clerical responsibilities like data entry and account adjustments to ensure precise charge-offs.
