Outpatient Physician Assistant

Annual Salary Range: $130k-$150k- varies depending on years of experience!

We’re seeking enthusiastic, mission-driven Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive care in a community-based outpatient environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting medical operations across multiple neighborhood health sites, serving patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and committed to helping diverse populations thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct clinical care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
Partner with medical leadership to implement and oversee quality improvement efforts
* Provide preventive care, health counseling, and patient education
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and coordination of services
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation and complete all required clinical reporting
* Support data collection and performance metrics initiatives
* Supervise assigned clinical support staff, fostering a high standard of patient service and care
* Participate in clinical meetings, peer review sessions, and training programs to maintain best practices
* Respond to urgent care needs and contribute to care plans that emphasize long-term wellness
* Assist with development and refinement of clinical workflows, protocols, and policies

Qualifications

* Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Active New York State PA license
* Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies required
* 1–2 years of experience in a primary care, family medicine, or outpatient setting preferred
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
* Compassionate care philosophy and commitment to working with underserved communities
