How you'll make an impact

  • Expand existing relationships and deliver high-quality, efficient service to internal and external clients.
  • Manage day-to-day account operations for an assigned group of client accounts of moderate to high complexity.
  • Contribute to revenue growth, client retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Enhance AJG's value to clients and prospects.
  • Achieve operating/margin targets.
  • Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service function.
  • Independently manage accounts of increasing complexity.
  • Grow revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Drive the Client Service Cycle.
  • Deliver high-quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices.
  • Achieve operational productivity and performance metrics consistently.
  • Grow and profitably manage an assigned group of client accounts.
  • Build relationships with existing clients through exceptional ongoing customer care.
  • Seek referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects.
  • Secure existing business and actively drive the sale of additional services.
  • Act as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison.
  • Provide oversight in the sale of products/services to prospects and existing accounts.
  • Offer training, development, and/or supervision to lower-level staff.

About You

  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
    • Must hold appropriate licensing as required.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to use technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
    • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred:

    • Insurance knowledge.
    • Life & Health License
    • Solid financial acumen.
