Senior Structural Engineer | NYC | $140K–$200K + Bonuses
I'm working with a top-tier engineering firm in New York City that's delivering some of the most technically complex and visually striking projects in the region.
They're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead major builds, restorations, and design initiatives, someone who can confidently manage teams, clients, and projects from concept to completion.
Compensation:
- Base: $140K–$200K
- 10% performance bonus + additional incentives
- Long-term growth and leadership track
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Lead and oversee multiple structural projects
✅ Manage teams and mentor junior engineers
✅ Structural analysis & design for new builds, renovations, restorations
✅ Handle LL11/FISP inspections, reporting, and documentation
✅ Coordinate with architects and MEP teams
✅ Client relationship development & business growth
What We're Looking For:
🔹 10–18 years in mid/high-rise building design
🔹 5+ years of Local Law 11/FISP experience
🔹 Strong steel & concrete design skills
🔹 Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred)
🔹 P.E. license (strongly preferred)
🔹 Fluent with AutoCAD, RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS
🔹 Local NYC experience a must
