What You’ll Do
- Manage 20+ open requisitions at a time across various business units
- Own the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Develop pipelines of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide hiring insights
- Support process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws
