Nesco Resource is looking for a highly qualified Operations Manager to fill a direct hire role in the the rubber industry. This position is located in Mauldin, SC with no travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of operations and supporting systems to include production, quality control, maintenance, and product and process technology
- Oversee 20+ employees
- Utilize problem solving techniques, process control and continuous process improvement tools to meet and exceed production goals
- Accurately report physical inventory and maintain monthly reports and cycle counts
- Maintain quality standards
- Provide cross training to associates
- Create a cooperative atmosphere
- Interact with customers and represent company when requested
- Ensure safe operations
- Maintain established policies and procedures
