Are you an experienced Scheduling Assistant with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Scheduling Assistant to work at their company in Lancaster, PA.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact for all incoming customer calls/emails
- Address customer questions/concerns as much as possible
- Delegate to the appropriate individual/group if unable to address
- Log customer calls and report out weekly
- Assist schedulers with proactive customer contacts throughout the job scheduling process
- Provide clear guidance for customers on pre-job requirements (ex., Inspection due dates, physical work to be completed before work is executed, setting up a new meter account, etc.)
- Schedule customer appointments, issue reminders/confirmations
- Maintain log of all communications to report out weekly
- Provide other scheduler assistance as needed
- Assist in creating work packets
- Assist in processing bundled job cards
- Remove job holds once verified
- Create IVR appointments
- Assist in WO close-out
- Schedule temp disconnects
- Investigate property damage claims and schedule work if client's liability is determined
