Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our client's team. The role involves managing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, supporting operational needs, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory tracking and management to ensure accurate stock levels and timely reporting.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate deliveries and maintain workflow schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of inventory and storage areas to identify discrepancies or compliance issues.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during inventory handling and storage.
Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, including arrivals, departures, and adjustments.
Track temperature levels for refrigerated goods to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory processes and improve efficiency.
Address and resolve any inventory-related customer service concerns.
Prepare operational reports detailing inventory status and performance metrics.
Requirements
Previous experience in inventory management or a related logistics role.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
