Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate board-certified behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work in both home and clinic settings, providing tailored support to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in both home and clinic environments.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.

- Proficient in behavior assessment and intervention strategies.

- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Requirements:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
