Senior Product Manager – B2B SaaS
Location: Mahwah, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, WFH Fridays)
Our direct client, a rapidly growing B2B software company with innovative SaaS solutions used by Fortune 500 manufacturers, brands, staffing firms, and ingredient suppliers, is seeking a Sr Product Manager for their team. Their data-rich platforms solve complex operational challenges across the supply chain, HR, and commerce landscapes.

Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch — across SaaS platforms that serve data-heavy, multi-tenant environments. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and technically sound solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap based on technical feasibility and business priorities
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and release plans
- Work closely with engineers to understand architectural tradeoffs and system dependencies
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with UX/design to create user-centric, accessible experiences
- Integrate feedback from internal users and enterprise clients to refine features
- Stay up-to-date on emerging tools, technologies, and competitor strategies
Candidate requirements include:
- Experience working in a technical product or project delivery role (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Experience with large platforms and systems like; HRIS/ERP, Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Familiarity with multi-table databases, data normalization, and integration-heavy environments
- Background working with agile teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Startup or scale-up experience — adaptable, hands-on, and resourceful
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills — able to interface between business and engineering
- Prior work in high-data-volume companies
- Experience in staffing, ERP, or supply chain product domains a plus
