Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is primarily responsible for supporting Aimbridge Hospitality's HR systems. This includes configuration, report writing, troubleshooting, interface development and other supporting tasks.
Workload/schedule: 40-45 hours

Education & Experience
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of experience.
- Experience with UKG Pro or other UKG products is preferred.
- Experience with Cognos Business Intelligence or SQL statements is also preferred.
- Perform work with a high degree of latitude.
- Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter: payroll, benefits, PTO, Hotel industry and/or labor management experience preferred.
- Collaborates with other members of the team on projects.
- May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Job Duties & Functions
- Designs (IS software Configuration – UKG customization) and maintains the HRIS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
- Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
- Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision- making.
- Works closely with company stakeholders on the development and implementation of new HRIS configuration.
- Leads projects for integrations into HRIS and other systems.
- Optimizes HRIS processes, tests and implements upgrades and troubleshoots issues.
- Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
