WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who lives for the details, thrives on organization, and understands the difference between content and content that connects. You’ll be part content strategist, part project manager, and part agency liaison helping our brands show up online in a way that feels real, authentic, while staying ahead of trends and being, just different.
In this role, you’ll live in the day-to-day: planning, posting, engaging, and keeping the social presence as thoughtful and dynamic as the brands behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’re the person behind the posts and in the comments making sure every piece of content looks great, sounds great, and makes sense for the brand it represents.
Here’s what your day-to-day might include:
- Scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for all our concepts
- Monitoring comments, DMs, and tags to keep our community engaged (and replying like a real human)
- Managing Linktree updates and keeping bios and profiles sharp
- Flagging closures, emergencies, and real-time moments that need a post, stat (we call these the 911s)
- Overseeing agency support and making sure external teams stay on brand
- Supporting influencer content delivery and engagement
- Working with the broader team to ensure our content calendar is always full, relevant, and vibey
- Managing the backend basics like platform logins, passwords, bios, and business profiles
- Keeping a close eye on trends, platform updates, and new tools (so we don’t miss a beat)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Based in (or relocating to) Omaha
- Experience running brand or multi-brand social accounts (bonus if you’ve juggled food/hospitality brands)
- Confident across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Obsessed with details, captions, links, timing, tags — you catch what others miss
- A strong copywriter who knows the difference between filler content and scroll-stopping captions; you write with purpose, personality, and punch
- Strong communicator who can write with tone and adapt voice per concept
- Organized, deadline-driven, and unbothered by the occasional last-minute fire drill
- Cool under pressure and comfortable handling closures, comments, and escalations
- Proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Familiar with influencer collabs, tracking UGC, and staying on top of who's tagging who
- A self-starter who’s always asking, “What’s next?”
