Job Details
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Document Preparation skills.
- Experience with all levels of discovery and discovery preparation.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Legal Document Review abilities.
- Filing in Federal and State Courts.
- Preparation of Table of Authorities and Table of Contents for briefs.
- Experience in formatting and spell-checking briefs.
- Excellent follow-through abilities to make sure that briefs get filed on time.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent years of work in the litigation department of a firm.
