We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate to join our high-performing legal team. You will be a pivotal member of our team, handling all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through trial. 7. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences, to attract new clients and strengthen our firm's reputation in the legal community.

Job Details

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Associate position, you must possess the following:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successfully managing cases from inception through trial.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5. Superior advocacy skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court and other legal proceedings.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with a team.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide clients with innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
8. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
10. A strong commitment to client service and a passion for the practice of law.
