GENERAL PURPOSE
Assist in the daily operations of the Financial Aid Office while at the counter, such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, returning voicemails and other duties as assigned. Greeting the students and parents that come into the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phones, working the front counter, and provide information for parents and students on financial aid.
- Reply to student and parent emails/voicemails regarding questions they have in regards to their aid or other specifics.
- Assist with administrative tasks in the office as needed.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of work related experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring hourly rate for this position is $20.00. This hourly rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
