We're looking for a Depot Special Delivery to join our team.

In order to deliver our exceptional services, we need dedicated and enthusiastic, hard-working, and customer service-oriented technicians-- that's where you come in! Your role will include unparalleled technical support, allowing our client to experience the best support available within the industry.

  • Primary duty is machine configurations for user and pre-configs

  • Configure, repair and ship all equipment according to SLA's (HP, Dell, Apple devices)

  • Service Now ticketing system for ticket assignments, updates and status

  • Provide Next Day SLA's for standard configurations

  • Check in/ QA all returned equipment daily

  • Follow checklist and all procedures accurately provided by the team lead and client

  • Repairs- as needed if equip returned is still under warranty

  • Certifications- A+, HP, Dell to perform onsite hardware repairs

  • Apple knowledge is recommended

  • Limited to no end user client interaction

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Communicate effectively with management, team lead and team members

  • Represent CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner

  • Windows OS knowledge (Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10)

  • Microsoft Office 2007 to 2016 and Office 365

  • Familiar with Apple MAC OS

  • Able to troubleshoot VPNs

  • Able to use image processes to configure clients' desktops and laptops

  • Active Directory

  • Printer hardware knowledge

  • Able to use remote tools such as RDP, Team Viewer, Windows Assist, LogMeIn Rescue

  • Mobile Device Management

  • Able to use Remedy or ServiceNow or similar ticketing system

Wage Range :

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.00 - $24.75 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
