What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using ShipStation
- Maintain a clean, organized shipping station and catch errors before they ship
- Perform light data entry and work with spreadsheets
- Follow instructions and communicate clearly with minimal supervision
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed by management
✅ Must-Haves
- Experience using ShipStation in a shipping or fulfillment role
- High attention to detail—you catch mistakes before they become problems
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures accurately
➕ Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with Shopify order management
- Military veteran status
- Knowledge of tactical gear, including MOLLE/PALS systems, plate carriers, chest rigs, etc.
- Familiarity with brands like Spiritus, Crye, Ferro Concepts, Eagle, or LBT
