Position: Community Manager Location: The Peaks at Country Club, North Little Rock, AR The Peaks at Country Club is looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Manager to oversee our vibrant apartment community in North Little Rock. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Leasing: Market and lease available apartments in compliance with fair housing laws, pre-lease units, and maintain a waitlist of prospective residents. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and connect with residents. Rent Management: Manage rent collection and deposits using Onesite software, and oversee unit preparation for rental, including renovations. Record-Keeping: Maintain records for traffic, applications, leases, notices, and work orders. Budget Management: Manage property expenditures within the budget. Resident Relations: Respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, and enforce community rules and policies. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience, with at least one year in management. Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, especially OneSite. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and various stakeholders.
