Key Responsibilities Personalize fitness consultations by conducting thorough movement assessments and body scans for new members, ensuring a customized training approach Drive membership retention by recommending tailored training options and successfully converting leads into long-term training clients Proactively market training services through engaging campaigns and community outreach initiatives, fostering strong connections with potential clients Foster a collaborative environment with fellow trainers to develop innovative schedules, facilitate ongoing learning opportunities, and advance career growth Cultivate a vibrant and motivating atmosphere that empowers members to share their success stories and support one another on their fitness journeys Coach clients on nutrition to empower them to achieve their fitness goals and optimize their overall well-being.
