COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PED)
- Base Salary: $225K + bonus
- Bonus: $10K-$15K annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $10K-$20K negotiable
- Relocation: $5K-$15K negotiable per needs
- Vacation: 22.5 days - vacation, sick, CME + holidays 8-10
- CME: $2,500
- Full Benefits package: Starting first day
- Retirement: Starting first day (3% match with contribution 100% vested day 1)
- Malpractice: Paid
- Residency stipend
- Extra perks: Licensing Dues, renewal fees, staff dues, association fees, paid cellphone, computer provided.
- PPD: 25-30
- Clinic: 8:00-4:30
- Schedule: 4.5-day work week with .5 day for admin.
- Call: 5 days of call per month (T/TH) on your call week. Hospital 10 minutes from clinic.
- No attendance for deliveries
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Licensing help
- B/C or B/E
- Must do circumcisions or be willing to learn.
