Are you passionate about setting up mechanical equipment and supporting associates in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a CNC Set Up Technician.

๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderately complex troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments
  • Test and inspect machines to determine safe and efficient operation, perform routine maintenance and fix standard malfunctions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods and sequence of operation.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment if needed.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to 5S standards to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Perform work under general supervision with 2+ years of experience.
  • Handle basic issues and problems independently, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possess a working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in following written and verbal directions.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
