- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Camunda, and automation tools.
- Integrate automation solutions with Azure, DevOps, Active Directory, Rancher, Kubernetes, GitHub, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide production support for automation tools, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Develop and manage cron jobs for scheduling automated tasks.
- Experience in using scripting languages such as Python and Node.js to automate tasks.
- Design and implement DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Securely manage user access and permissions through Active Directory and manage credentials using CyberArk or other vaulting solutions.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Rancher and Kubernetes and manage container lifecycles, including scaling and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools, infrastructure, and applications and Document automation solutions and procedures.
- Experience with Azure, DevOps, Active Directory, Rancher, Kubernetes, GitHub, and/or similar technologies.
- Monitor automation processes and identify potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to automation tools and infrastructure.
- Manage and configure Azure cloud services to support the automation infrastructure. This may involve provisioning resources, configuring security settings, and optimizing costs.
- Design and implement DevOps pipelines using tools and methodologies to automate the build, test, and deployment of automation solutions (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing workflows.
- Securely manage user access and permissions for automation tools and infrastructure using Active Directory
- Manage version control code repositories using Git version control systems like GitHub.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to automation tools, infrastructure, and applications.
- Analyze logs, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to restore functionality.
- Should have experience/understanding on automation support ecosystem
