Community Nurse

Town of Hartford, Vermont Community Nurse Part-time, 25 hours/week $36/hour The focus of the Community Nurse is on home visiting, teaching, coaching, and integration of services, as well as prevention of disease and promotion of health, for individuals and the Hartford community.  Required Experience: Active VT RN license with excellent professional record, BS in nursing preferred; Minimum 3 years’ experience in community, public, home health, or hospice preferred; CPR certification; Valid driver’s license.
