Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions that optimize efficiency, improve user experience, and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
Platform Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations to meet functional requirements and enhance user experience.
Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of ServiceNow solutions.
Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through performance tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Provide training and support to end users and administrators as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends. Recommend and implement enhancements to existing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or IT Business Management (ITBM) modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
