This role will provide direct support to our clients with plenty of opportunity for growth. We are a small but rapidly growing MSP in Central Maine with a great client base to make every day challenging and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience providing technology support, hardware/software troubleshooting. Project engineering and management are a plus!

Responsibilities include:
Remote & Onsite Technical Support, Ticket Management, Documentation, Installation/Configuration of Hardware/Software
Technologies we work with include:
Software: Microsoft 365, GSuite, Windows Server technologies, Azure, others
Hardware: Dell, HP, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Datto
OS Platforms: Microsoft Server OS, Windows OS, Mac OS
