With a significant increase in our reach and audience base, this role will be pivotal in driving targeted and efficient digital campaigns across various platforms. The Digital Campaign Manager will work closely with the marketing technology team and content writing team to ensure campaigns are optimized for delivery, tracking, and lead generation. Moreover, expertise in reverse ETL and data activation for audience creation will be essential for success in this role.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end digital campaign management in partnership with our agencies, including digital media planning and execution.
  • Management of digital ads across platforms such as Google, Facebook, OTT, and other digital channels.
  • Bid management and campaign optimization across search and display advertising.
  • Audience segmentation to ensure targeted messaging and content delivery, leveraging reverse ETL methodologies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and identify key insights.
  • Generate detailed campaign reports and analyze outcomes to inform future strategies.
  • Execute event-based targeting and cross-model campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Utilize data activation techniques to create audience segments for personalized targeting and messaging.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end digital media campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and campaign messaging.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to derive insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Expert understanding of lead funnels and strategies to drive user action and conversion.
  • In-depth knowledge of promotion management techniques to optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Familiarity with reverse ETL methodologies for syncing operational data back to transactional databases.
  • Experience with data activation methods for audience creation and targeting.
