Position Summary:


AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Little Rock, Arkansas that shapes the future by designing and building military aircraft, business jets and space systems. We are looking for experienced Flight Line Mechanics who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!


As a Flight Line Mechanic you will be responsible for operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting all aircraft systems. Proficiently operate and understand a wide variety of test equipment and tooling. Must be able to interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks.


Must be willing to temporarily and/or permanently relocate to Little, Rock Arkansas for work

Essential Functions:

  • Perform system and/or function checkouts of components (static checks, hydraulic function checks, flight control rigging, fuel system checks and oxygen, ect.) per appropriate approved maintenance procedures or FAA requirements.
  • Remove and replace components on the aircraft per appropriate approved maintenance procedures or FAA requirements.
  • Attention to the smallest detail or component and ensure every little part is inspected, installed and function test to approved procedures.
  • Complete assigned work, including troubleshooting and repairs of malfunctioning systems in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures within established schedule.
  • Accurately log on Labor Data Collection System for work orders and attendance tracking.


  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate with 2 years of experience or no A&P with 4 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic.
  • Proficient with using hand tools and precision equipment.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting approved aircraft diagrams, charts, schematics and maintenance procedures.
  • Able to work on maintenance stands, lifts and ladders, work in confined spaces in unusual positions
  • Able to lift minimum 50lbs and able to enter and exit the aircraft using steps and/or stairs.
  • Must not be allergic to jet fuel, oils, hydraulic fluids or cleaning solvents.
