This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for MoneyLion's mortgage marketplace product vertical, encompassing market analysis, competitive positioning, and thoroughly understanding channel partner and consumer needs.
  • Spearhead the implementation of a market leading mortgage marketplace product vertical, providing differentiated solutions that match consumer needs.
  • Identify market leading technologies and form factors to imagine the next generation of customer acquisition, retention, and origination in the mortgage space.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and deliverables, overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in product, design, sales, engineering, marketing, finance and analytics to create compelling user experiences.
  • Implement UX testing strategies to measure ROI and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Create alignment and understanding around feature development and rollout, ensuring synchronization across the organization.
  • Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
  • Ship high-quality features that have an immediate and measurable impact on our business.
  • Communicate progress against our KPIs and Outcome Metrics across our portfolio of customer-facing programs and underlying capabilities (from senior executives to core team, to broad set of stakeholders).
  • Actively analyze products, business performance, and use metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure that mortgage products and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About You

  • At least 8+ years of experience within product management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage products, processes, mortgage technology stacks, and regulations, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in mortgage banking, lending, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the specific systems, technology, vendors, infrastructure, and key players in the mortgage industry.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements, with experience navigating regulatory environments and ensuring product offerings adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proven knowledge of modern design principles, testing, and analytics, with a dynamic design portfolio of products you have directly owned.
  • Strong product intuition and analytical capabilities, with experience managing products with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical tradeoffs.
  • Passion for understanding customer problems and leveraging insights to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.
  • Ability to leverage data capabilities to improve the customer experience and enable personalized, relevant experiences.
  • Strong execution skills, including the ability to define and lead complex projects simultaneously, and successfully execute/bring to market.
  • A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication, with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders.

The annual base salary for this position is between $200,000 to $235,000. This role is also eligible for an equity award and annual bonus. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
