We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of HR, including recruiting, benefits, HRIS, and LOA. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
7. Nurture a positive working environment.
8. Oversee and manage a leave of absence program.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
3. People-oriented and results-driven.
4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
10. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
