Job Description Summary: Join our team as a Senior Field Support Technician, providing on-site assistance to customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing basic installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on hardware and equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing technical products, systems, and software to provide engineering support.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide on-site field support to customers, including installation, servicing, and repairing of systems and equipment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and appropriately refer complex matters to relevant personnel, service areas, or managers for further investigation and troubleshooting.
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Assist in applying engineering principles and practices related to system design, process flow, and discrete modeling.
- Perform testing of the final product and collaborate with client engineers to ensure the product performs as planned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of field support experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Hardware Break/Fix.
- Experience working with the company's hardware, software, and equipment products.
- Familiarity with customer technology and support requirements.
- Understanding of process and/or system design concepts.
- Proficiency in appropriate programming languages, operating systems, and software.
