Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce settings to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Manage Salesforce databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities to enhance business operations.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
