Essential Functions
- Day-to-day administration, communication, and implementation of HR policies and programs.
semi-complex employee relations matters.
- Experience with employee investigations and recommends corrective action with a focus on issue resolution and solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal business partners regarding semi-complex EEO, federal and state employment laws and compliance issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Instruct management to share knowledge of global, regional, and local HR policies and regulations.
- Engage as business partner in developing and delivering HR generalist expertise and consultation in areas such as: performance management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with other HR partners and business leaders to manage and execute performance/succession plans and systems.
- Provide a visible HR presence to enable real time engagement and solutions.
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure business is fully compliant with all applicable labor laws.
- Provide training to managers and employees, as necessary.
- Support the hiring and recruitment activities of assigned business(es).
- Provide guidance for candidate identification and execution of employment offers.
- Lead new employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with Payroll and local administrative assistants address payroll issues, as necessary.
- Assist in the identification of training programs specific to business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent practical experience, and 2-4 years of Generalist experience.
- Certified Professional preferred.

• Strong communication, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates a high level of initiative.
• Strong HR systems skills (Experience with Success Factors preferred, but not required).
• Ability to travel to all 4 US locations on a regular frequency.
