HOW AN INTEGRATED MCS TRAINER-LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training
- Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet training objectives; identifies any gaps and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training
- Update Programs of Instruction
- Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs
- Provide work leadership for lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs
- Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors
- Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: BS/BA or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training
- Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all Command and Control Information Systems, preferred JBC-P and CPCE
- Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance
- Required Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills / Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs / Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
- Location: On Customer Site / some travel required to other customer sites in the AoR

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $67,150 - $90,850. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
