Apply Today!\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n\n\tDiagnose and repair truck and trailer components such as doors, floors, side panels, electrical and air brake systems\n\tPerform preventive maintenance (PMs) on tractor and trailer equipment including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders\n\tPerform maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, lift-gates, and any company-owned equipment\n\tAbide by all Company policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment\n\tAssist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues\n\tMaintain repairs for Class 8 trucks, trailers and yard tractors\n\tSafely operates gauges, forklifts, shunt trucks, torches, grinders, and various hand and power safety tools\n\n\n Requirements:\n\n\n\tAt least one (1) year of experience working on Class A trucks\n\tExperience working with air brakes, hydraulic & electrical systems.\n\tPrior welding and fabrication experience required\n\tTire repair experience (repair, mounting, dismounting) preferred\n\tPerform DOT inspections and compliancy\n\n\n Interested in a Career with Dollar General?
