As they continue growing, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to revolutionize car dealers' and manufacturers' approach to products and profits. They need an experienced architect who enjoys coding and solving technical challenges and can provide effective communication with various stakeholders and collaboration across major partners.

- Establish and advocate the adoption of engineering best practices, leading by example.
- Assess new technologies and provide recommendations towards a service-oriented software architecture, developing solutions that can serve multiple product lines.
- Coach, mentor, and lead data engineering team members on engineering standards and best practices.
- Work with product leaders, breaking down business requirements into technical requirements with the team.
- Develop resource and capacity plans for your team and leverage metrics to assume and monitor your team's performance.
- Manage a web and mobile application team, while helping to drive quality across our SDLC.
- Lead development of mid and long-term technical roadmaps, including detailed migration strategies to evolve applications.
- Inspire and excite people internally around the long-term technical vision.
- Contribute to solving the company’s toughest technical challenges.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide creative solutions to challenging problems.
- Maintain expertise in current and emerging technologies and tools.
- Represent technology with company partners.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role?
- Proficient in constructing microservice or SOA architectures within AWS.
- Thorough comprehension of object-oriented analysis and design, including domain-driven design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Skilled in leading teams across diverse disciplines.
- Familiarity with Flutter and GraphQL technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in React or Ruby on Rails, SQL, MySQL, and Postgres.
- Knowledgeable about industry-standard ETL and workflow tools.
- Experienced in working with data lakes and relevant architectures.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely to multiple stakeholders.
