What You Bring to the Table
We're looking for someone who's been around the block – at least 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a must. If you've got experience at the engineering manager or director level, even better! We want someone who's not afraid to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. Leadership skills are key – we need someone who can lead teams of software developers and engineers to success. And hey, if you've got some subject matter expertise in a couple of verticals, that's like the cherry on top!
