Our client is an industry leader seeking a high-potential CI Engineer for their organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean projects across the plant (TPS based- not Six Sigma).
- Challenge conventional thinking by evaluating and setting stretch targets to drive the organization to growth opportunities.
- Develop transformative "best practices" to drive improved productivity and scalability.
- Collaborate with leaders across operations and engineering to identify and deploy meaningful KPI's.
- Facilitate and drive process improvements, efficient plant layouts, quality, cost, and safety, using Lean methodologies.
- Value stream map processes to identify/eliminate waste.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (experienced non-degreed talent will be considered!)
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Go to Gemba mentality with a bias for action
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
