Right at Home Peninsula is seeking a part time Client Care Manager to join our Team!
We are a locally owned home care business that has an exceptional culture, and we are looking for a talented client care manager who can work in a fast paced environment; who has exceptional skills in communication, organization and making decisions; and who is a people person!
Annual Pay: $23/hour plus incentives; 20 hours a week - we're flexible in whether you want to work afternoon, evenings, or weekends!
Location: In-person role @ 230 S California Avenue, Suite 200, Palo Alto (not a work from home position)

Responsibilities of the Client Care Manager:

Conducting client intakes, assessments, and regularly scheduled visits/wellness check-in calls
-
Developing and maintaining the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.

Serving as a mentor to caregivers and supporting their care delivery.

Generating regular streams of new business by building relationships with facilities and representing the organization at networking events

Providing after-hours support for our clients, referral partners and prospective clients – this support may include e-mail, telephone and/or home visits

Prior client management, sales and or marketing experience, preferably in the health/home care industry
