Emerald Care Center Midwest -
Emerald Care Center Midwest is seeking PRN CNAs/CMAs/LPNs to work needed shifts and the availability to work at other locations. PRN staff can choose the shifts and facility that is most convenient for their schedule.
New Rates:
- $18/hr flat rate for CNAs
- $19/hr flat rate for CMAs
- $33/hr flat rate for LPN

Shifts Available:
- PRN Options only
- Work a Minimum of 8 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Directly respond, within scope, to needs and concerns of residents and family members to include call lights
- Ensure residents' right to privacy
- Provide resident care as directed by Care Plan/or nursing staff
- Serve meals, make beds, and keep rooms clean/tidy
- Lift residents into beds, wheelchairs, etc.
- Check vitals and enter into PCC
Requirements
- Must have an Oklahoma CMA or CNA certification
- Must have a License for Oklahoma or compact for LPN
- Prefer Long Term Care experience
