Milton, DE (Kent OR Sussex Counties)


Currently seeking a Occupational Therapist for a non-profit and well established medicare certified agency. Territory is comprised of specific zip codes in the Kent OR Sussex County, DE Region (2 territories open) – very doable coverage area! Position could be full time, part time or per diem and pay + benefits are guaranteed on a bi-weekly basis for full time/part time!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM with flexibility

(Therapy does commit to one weekend a month, but generally only a partial day)


Benefits and Compensation of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $38.00 – $51.00 per hour depending on years of experience as a licensed OT.

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Conduct in home revisits for adult and geriatric medicare patients residing across the Kent OR Sussex County, DE region (24 visits per week)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (COTA, RN Case Manager, Social Worker, SLP/OT, etc) to provide the highest level quality of care.


Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Minimum of 1 year previous experience working as an OT ideally with the geriatric patient population
  • Strong work history, minimum of 1-2 years with each previous employer
  • Valid Driver's License
