Personal Injury Firm in Boynton Beach, Florida looking for a litigation paralegal for our small, but growing team with litigation tasks including e-filing, drafting pleadings, discovery, scheduling, deposition preparation, mediation, subpoenas and trial prep. Position will also assist occasionally assist our pre-suit team with demand preparation, client communication and other tasks as needed.
Position is hourly position and will include 3-4 days a week of work from office (In Boynton Beach) and 1-2 days a week of work from home (position alternates depending on attorneys schedules and work load). Candidate must be local to the area and able to work in office.
