The IT SR Analyst is responsible for leading teams that provide systems analysis and support, or install, configure, and maintain technologies or systems.
Primary Duties
- Leads teams/projects involved in collecting business requirements and developing and configuring system specifications; Interviews stakeholders to gather and document business needs for modifications to applications
- Defines scope of projects and develops test plans for those projects
- Develops new processes that improves functionality of systems and technologies
- As required and assigned
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university
- Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions
