Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts.
