Candidate must reside in the Dallas Area and be able to commute to Dallas office on a hybrid, flexible schedule.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
- 10 plus years of experience in Interior Architecture workplace projects
- Opportunity to work and lead through all stages of a project from programming, design through construction administration, including project management if desired.
- Successful experience in Project Management
- Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of architectural and commercial interiors building systems
- Proficient in local building and accessibility codes and ability to be client-facing and foster client relationships
- Self starter, independent.
- Business development experience, can pitch and present
- Thorough understanding of schedules, consultant coordination, and project budget
- Knowledge of contract writing best practices and the ability to identify risk mitigation strategies
- Ability to design multiple projects of a similar scope
- Ability to manage Design teams
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Positive solution-oriented management approach
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design
- Design Certification required
