Candidate must reside in the Dallas Area and be able to commute to Dallas office on a hybrid, flexible schedule.


Qualifications/Responsibilities

  • 10 plus years of experience in Interior Architecture workplace projects
  • Opportunity to work and lead through all stages of a project from programming, design through construction administration, including project management if desired.
  • Successful experience in Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of architectural and commercial interiors building systems
  • Proficient in local building and accessibility codes and ability to be client-facing and foster client relationships
  • Self starter, independent.
  • Business development experience, can pitch and present
  • Thorough understanding of schedules, consultant coordination, and project budget
  • Knowledge of contract writing best practices and the ability to identify risk mitigation strategies
  • Ability to design multiple projects of a similar scope
  • Ability to manage Design teams
  • Proficiency in Revit required
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines
  • Positive solution-oriented management approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design
  • Design Certification required
