JOB PURPOSE:
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of leading and supervising case management staff in one or more ORR Programs, coordinating case management services, family reunification, working closely with other agencies involved in the minor's care, and ORR staff. Provides a combination of direct service for assigned cases and provides supervision for identified Case Manager's and/or Case Aides as a supervisor. The Case Manager Supervisor will oversee a team who is primarily working to help unify unaccompanied children who are residing at Endeavors Children's Center in Pecos, Texas.
