We are looking for a SR. Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing communications team. This role would in essence run our internal agency with each of our sales verticals as their clients. They must be able to merchandise and market our product for different target customers and consumers. This role will be responsible for 360 degree marketing for our B2B & B2C channel.


Lighting experience a big plus!

Must have Salesforce CRM experience.

GTM Strategy for Product.


Account Management

  • Develop the Infrastructure within Bulbrite, which would constitute setting the right organization, developing the right cases and value proposition, and leading the GTM and associated business models
  • Lead the business development activities, while actively partnering with broader Marketing leadership to develop and achieve Marketing priorities
  • Drive revenue within a specific market segment across all of Bulbrites product categories
  • Drive new and incremental engagement from partners within the program
  • Harvest partners for incremental revenue opportunities
  • Execute on programs that will drive engagement/revenue
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales managers to inform business unit needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing to define market segment needs and opportunities
  • Provide valuable segment insights to business and cross-functional leaders
  • Provide weekly, and monthly reporting of all relevant segment metrics
  • Suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our customers and work closely with customers to understand their needs.
  • Create compelling business stories, which earn the attention of audiences across different channels including digital and social, media and events.
  • Own and drive the creative and strategic process for clients while leading and managing a cross functional team, and clients, through the project planning and execution process
  • Develop and integrate marketing and communication plans for key target audiences, based on sound strategic insights.
  • Develop brand and messaging platforms and build effective programs for launching and supporting brands using fully integrated programs.
  • Demonstrate practical and advanced understanding of all facets of the communications marketing mix including digital, social media, in-store, visual content, earned media and advertising.

Project Management

  • Oversee day-to-day project management, financial management and team facilitation skills to the delivery of projects, while demonstrating an understanding client business goals.
  • Track project deliverables that connect with creative intent, while meeting time specifications and achieve quality standards.
  • Proactively communicate and manage hours, tasks and timelines with integrated team members in order to successfully keep work moving forward within established time and budget constraints.

Description of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Advertising, specifically within Account Management or Project Management or Product Marketing. Agency experience highly desirable.
  • Must have Product Marketing Experience.
  • Must have Dam, CRM (Salesforce) experience.
  • Ability to both think strategically while also able to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion.
  • Detailed oriented and a type A personality.
  • Effective communicator with internal teams and external vendors.
