POSITION TITLE: ServiceNow Developer

WORK AUTHORIZATION: Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

LOCATION: Newark New Jersey (2 days/ week onsite)

DURATION: Full-time, Permanent

SALARY/PAY RANGE: 135K - 150K, salary based on experience

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Join our team as a ServiceNow Developer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your role will be pivotal in meeting business needs through automation and streamlining of processes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications to automate business processes.
  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, lists, and UI components to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules related to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts to extend platform functionality.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, APIs, and development methodologies.
  • Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules in ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
