Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! As a Product Manager, you will write requirements for sustainment feature enhancements and actively engage with partners from various teams including design, engineering, and operational end-users to ensure accurate implementation and successful launch of those enhancements. Additionally, this position will include administering configurations, reviewing user-reported issues, developing documentation and processes to ensure security compliance, reporting, and working with multi-functional teams on a variety of initiatives that leverage the applications.


This team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical guest experiences for all technology and digital-led initiatives across several lines of business as well as other initiatives. The Product Manager is part of the Technology and Digital team that builds and maintains cast-facing tools aimed at turning those guest service transactions into positive and memorable interactions. In this position, you will provide support for multiple applications, including those used at international sites. This role will serve as liaison with operations partners and end-user teams to ensure successful use of the applications. The Product Manager reports to the Manager of Product Management.


Duties:

  • Gather and document requirements needed to prepare features and feature sets for development
  • Support the development process by serving as a Product representative in daily syncs and planning meetings
  • Validate that delivered features match product requirements
  • Support enhancement launches by closely partnering with operations and support teams in operationalization of technology solutions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for operations teams during high-impact, time-sensitive Guest impact issues
  • Collect and use end-user feedback to recommend improvements in existing applications
  • Support creation and maintenance of application documentation to be used both internally and externally
  • Establish and lead ongoing application support activities such as user access audits and ongoing system access requests in accordance with Company Information Security Policies and Standards


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of digital product management preferred
  • Knowledge of Jira and Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Experience working in Guest Service Suite or Guest applications
  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Ability to work bi-coastal and international teams
  • Ability to drive ideas and take personal initiative
